3. Reservations & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the venue.
Reservations must be confirmed via approved channels (website form, official phone, or partner platform).
Management reserves the right to change seating arrangements, bottle packages, or pricing without prior notice.

4. Ticket Sales & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are granted only in case of event cancellation or rescheduling.
Tickets purchased via third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite) are subject to their respective refund policies.

5. Entry & Conduct

Admission is at the discretion of management.
Proper attire and valid ID (21+) are required.
Any misconduct, aggression, or illegal activity may result in removal without refund.
GMN and Level Astoria are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
